Tier 1 Private Equity Firm: due diligence on a large sports acquisition. Conducted data analytics due diligence on roster valuation, and future earning value. Performed character diligence and created profiles for all C-level executives and conducted interviews with industry stakeholders to ascertain any key man risk associated with company leadership. Diligence resulted in the investment of over $100m+.
Rights Holder and Tier 1 Private Equity Firm: due diligence on the acquisition of an firm as a part of a post-acquisition growth strategy. Conducted an evaluation of financials, business model, and character references resulting in the acquisition of the company resulting in $10m+ acquisition.
Tier 1 Private Equity Firm: due diligence on a digital health and wellness company. Conducted an evaluation of product efficacy, product development strategy, and reputation in the market. Interviewed and ascertained the brand reputation in both the enterprise and consumer markets through dynamic survey and interview process. Diligence resulted in declining to bid on the company which eventually shed over 40% of its value within 2 years of not investing.
